IXORA Apartment residents welcome the Kuala Lumpur mayor’s proposal to mediate between them and parties believed to be responsible for the floods at the apartments over the past few weeks.
Its Management Corporation chairman Anthony Stewart Jarratt said it was essential for those responsible to be held to account.
