Bigger, better space for insurer’s customers

ALLIANZ Malaysia’s southern branch has moved to a bigger and better office space to serve its customers and also provide better facilities for agents.

The new office, which is 1,368 sq m, is located at Block C, Komersil SouthKey Mozek in Johor Baru.

The branch was previously in Taman Pelangi.

The move was celebrated with a lion dance performance and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Present at the launch was Allianz Malaysia Bhd chief executive officer Zakri Khir and senior management.

Zakri said the relocation of the branch office to a larger space could not have come at a better time.

“The move was timely as we cater to the growing needs of our customers, agents, brokers and business partners.

“Johor Baru is the biggest branch in the southern region, serving over 100,000 customers, with 800 agents, ” he said, adding that they hoped to deliver the best customer experience and superior service satisfaction to visitors.

The new spacious office sports a friendlier look, which is aimed at enhancing the Allianz Malaysia customer experience.

The branch is home to Allianz Life’s sales office and Allianz General’s claims hub.

Future agent-led training and events will also be held in this new office, which is equipped with two training rooms.

As of now, Allianz Malaysia has five branches in Johor. The other four are located in Kluang, Segamat, Muar and Batu Pahat.

The company, which began operations in 2002, currently has 33 branches across Malaysia.
