SIBU: Litterbugs, beware! Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) is making it a priority to stamp out littering in the town.
SMC chairman councillor Clarence Ting said habitual litterbugs discarding cigarette butts and rubbish on street, and even chucking them out of moving vehicles were a nuisance.
