Fabulous deals for homeowners

THERE were deals galore at Homedec Penang 2019 with people using the weekend to shop for bargains and great discounts.

More than 30,000 visitors checked out the 160 exhibition booths and about 400 exhibition stands with unrivalled bargains.

The three-day event at SPICE Convention Centre in Bayan Lepas had great bargains with 70% on home improvement deals from reputable and renowned quality brands.

Visitors who spent RM150 above or CIMB cardholders who spent RM100 above in a single receipt had an opportunity to participate in the ‘Homedec Oh my Box’ contest, winning prizes worth up to RM250,000.

The grand prize was a Slumberland Juliet Queen Mattress worth RM5,818 while other special prizes were a Lubern 9108 Recliner Chair worth RM1,899, Barry Smith 3-way bags, Sharp personal blenders, cash vouchers and a host of other goodies.

For the first time, Homedec featured the Homedec Heroes Challenge, an exciting contest that transformed men from zeros to heroes by competing in household chores such as ironing.

The ‘hero’ won the grand prize of RM1,000 cash, Philips Azur Advanced steam iron worth RM593, among other cash prizes.

Visitors also gained feng shui tips to make better ‘Homedecisions’ from free talks given by Master Alex Loo and Homedec official feng shui partner Joey Yap Consulting Group.

Homedec Penang 2019 organiser C.I.S. Network Sdn Bhd president Datuk Vincent Lim said Homedec provided a different platform for exhibitors and partners to demonstrate their professionalism and quality products.

“This provides homeowners with a rewarding experience and a guide for each step to making the right decisions for their dream home project.”
