PRESERVING the environment for the future generation is not only the government’s responsibility but the duty of all citizens who want to breathe clean and fresh air, says a recycling enthusiast.

Abdul Rahman Saad, 63, from Permatang Pauh, Penang, said the onus was on every resident to care for the environment.
