PENANG will continue tabling a deficit budget next year and will reduce expenses by cutting development budget to Penang Development Corporation (PDC) and Penang Water Corporation (PBAPP), said Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow.
“We have presented a draft for Penang’s Budget 2020 for discussion at state exco level. We do not see much difference in it as the revenue is estimated to be around this year’s.
