WHAT started out as a hobby eight years ago, has now turned Felicia Chuah Pei Juan into a serious photographer.

The 33-year-old swept the top three prizes worth RM1,000, RM800 and RM600 respectively in the Professional category of the Aspiring Seberang Prai Photography Awards.
