Restaurant owner to move out after getting eviction notice

Vista Mutiara Condomium residents say the restaurant’s proximity to the road is causing traffic congestion.

AFTER several months of protests by Vista Mutiara condominium residents, the owner of a nearby restaurant has agreed to move out.

The Federal Territory Land and Mines Department issued a notice dated Aug 23 to the restaurant owner to vacate the site within 14 days or by Sept 6 for violating Section 425 (1) of the National Land Code 1965.
