State Health and Anti-Drugs Committee chairman Low Chee Leong can identify with the low water pressure problem affecting many residents living in high-rises in the state.

Low, who lived at Cheng Ria medium-cost flats, said his neighbours, who were mostly Bangladeshi and Nepalese factory workers, sought his help after experiencing low water pressure.
