IT WAS a call for celebration as 15 local clubs of Lions Club International (LCI) District 308 B2 came together for a joint installation at Hotel Jen in Macalister Road, Penang.

Under Region 1,15 new presidents and their boards of directors were elected for the fiscal year of 2019 to 2020.
