ENGINEERS Without Borders Monash University Malaysia (EWB-MUM) has successfully overseen the construction of the 260sq m Livelihood and Training facility at the Positive Living Community (PLC) Care Home in Batu Arang, Rawang.

As a result of the four-year effort, the new centre is now equipped to provide refuge for up to 50 people.
