More affordable housing of quality in the pipeline

PENANG Development Corporation (PDC) will have to work hard to provide affordable housing that meets the needs of the people because private developers have pulled out all the stops with their own affordable housing projects.

State housing committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said it would be hard for PDC, the state’s investment arm, to match what the private developers are offering.
