TWO hot air balloons symbolising giant lanterns will be among the star attractions at Petaling Jaya’s Tanglung Festival this year.

The annual festival which will be held at Padang Timur on Sept 14 is touted to be the biggest lantern festival for the city since it was first held in 2013.
