MORE buyers of low-medium cost (LMC) units who were ‘compelled’ to pay more than double for their homes have stepped forward, and about 50 of them have told their woes to Consumers Association of Penang (CAP) this year.

Bundled with car park lots they did not need and renovations they did not desire, the buyers were told that the basic units of RM72,500 were all taken up and they had better take these pricier ones or risk being back on the waiting list.
