JOHOR BARU: A community policing group here is hopeful that the local authorities will reconsider their application to set up a base to curb crime in their housing area.

Taman Nesa Community chairman S. Kogilavani said they had sent multiple applications to the local authorities here for permission to use a plot of land as the base for their operations.
