WHEN he first walked through the doors of the Baerlocher Malaysia plant at the Taman Tuanku Ja’afar Industrial Estate near Seremban 25 years ago, little did Lee Eng Hong know that he would watch the company evolve from a two-line production facility to one of the leading suppliers of stabilisers and additives for the global plastics industry.

That was in 1994, when Lee was a fresh-faced Bachelor of Science graduate and the year Baerlocher Malaysia’s plant was commissioned.
