Strong take-up rate for new high-rise development in PJ


121 Residences in Petaling Jaya comprises two residential towers of serviced apartments and SoHo units.

GLOMAC Berhad scored another success with sales take-up of 90% for 121 Residences Block A in the Klang Valley in one weekend during its soft launch via balloting.

This follows the huge success of Plaza@Kelana Jaya Residences, which has seen a take-up rate of 85% to date.

A total of 445 units offered for sale were quickly snapped up by purchasers, an indication of good demand for the newest serviced apartment development on sale by Glomac.

The first block was taken up within a few hours, where hundreds of buyers queued up at Glo Damansara.
