Demand for TVET grads to increase

JOHOR BARU: Demand for technical and vocational training (TVET) graduates in Malaysia is expected to increase to 7.98 million by the year 2030.

Deputy Education Minister Teo Nie Ching said the demand for TVET graduates was about 6.6 million in 2015 but the number is expected to rise to almost 8 million in about 30 years.
