THE Penang government hopes the Asian Development Bank (ADB) can provide technical and financial aid to boost its quest to become a green state.

Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said the support rendered by ADB to Melaka had resulted in the state making great strides towards building a sustainable green environment.
