THE contractor of the Penang Smart Parking System (PSP) has promised that all the glitches besetting the new parking system will be solved by today and motorists should be able to download the app via App Store or Google Play by then.

HeiTech Padu Berhad’s executive vice-president Abdul Halim Md Lassim said the company had needed a few days to sort out the technical problems.
