THE Penang Island City Council will come down hard on errant motorists once the Penang Smart Parking (PSP) system is in place on Aug 19.
Council mayor Datuk Yew Tung Seang said the compound would be increased by 50% if they fail to pay within 45 days from the date of issuance.
