THERE is an urgent need to look for ways to enrich the lives of people living in cities and towns as more Malaysians embrace urban living, said Deputy Federal Territories Minister Datuk Dr Shahruddin Md Salleh.
Dr Shahruddin said 75.45% of the country’s population were living in urban areas and major cities in 2017, making Malaysia one of the most urbanised countries in South-East Asia.
