BUSINESSES in Penang should adopt or implement support systems for women employees who are breastfeeding their babies, said women and family development, and gender inclusiveness committee chairman Chong Eng.
Calling for a more comprehensive and holistic approach to the matter, she urged companies to set up family-friendly policies at work.
