THE Penang government will start fresh rounds of engagement with fishermen, now that the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of Penang South Reclamation (PSR) is approved.
Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said the last meeting with Penang Fishermen Association was in May, and while the state accepted their compensation proposal, the EIA was not yet approved then.
