PANGSAPURI Desa Sepakat residents in Taman Medan, Petaling Jaya, are turning in their recyclables to offset against their maintenance fees.

“We have been looking for ideas to generate income so that we can do minor renovations on the apartments,” said its joint management body (JMB) chairman Ahmad Zulkefli Idris.
