THE corporate office of Padiberas Nasional Bhd (Bernas) in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, came alive with music and chatter as the company held a festive celebration for its 25th anniversary.

More than 1,500 guests attended the event, including representatives from the Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Ministry (MOA) as well as government agencies such as Department of Agriculture, Kemubu Agricultural Development Authority (Kada), Muda Agricultural Development Authority (Mada), Integrated Agricultural Development Area (IADA), Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (Mardi), and the company’s business partners and employees.
