AFTER a five-year wait, Subang Jaya is one step closer to becoming a city. This follows the green light from the Selangor government for the municipality to be upgraded to a city council.

“We have approved Subang Jaya Municipal Council’s (MPSJ) application to become a city and we are now waiting for the Federal Government’s approval.
