Ferringhi Residence 2, located in Batu Ferringhi, is a high-rise resort condominium with three blocks. Available is the 32-storey Tower B with 478 units.

It also utilises three-tiered security, as well as waste disposal system and rainwater harvesting in line with modern sustainability efforts.

In nearby Cheras, M Vertica is taking shape. Its five 50-storey blocks will be the tallest residential towers in the area when complete in 2023.

Its 3,684 units has a similar affordable urban living concept. The 850sq ft option has three bedrooms, with the 1,000sq ft units having four. Both types come with two bathrooms and prices start from RM480,000.

M Vertica also boasts the largest podium facilities deck of any development in the area at 4.54 acres – brimming with over 40 facilities.

Besides the prime location in Kuala Lumpur, the project will also have covered walkways to the Maluri MRT and LRT interchange just 500m away, and a dedicated ingress ramp from Jalan Cheras (subject to approval from relevant authorities).

Finally, there is Lakeville Residence in Taman Wahyu with 1,838 units sized between 978sq ft and 1,359sq ft spread across six 41-storey towers. Prices go from RM668,000 onwards.

Towers A and B are already completed, with Towers E and F set to be ready within this year. Towers C and D are expected to follow suit by 2020.
