SIBU: The Government is urged to provide a comprehensive list on what a MyKAS (green identity card given to those with temporary resident status) holder can or cannot do, especially in areas of education, right to independence via transportation, right to free movement and employment.
Bukit Assek assemblyman Irene Chang said by making a clear stand on the matter, it will be beneficial for the country as these people would be given the opportunity to serve the nation and the state.
