Qualifying age for ‘Residensi Wilayah’ project raised to 21 years old

THE eligibility age for buyers of the Residensi Wilayah affordable housing project has been increased from 18 to 21 years old.

The requirement was changed to ensure that successful buyers are capable of servicing their repayments, said Federal Territories Minister Khalid Abd Samad.
