INCREASING democracy in city administration, savings for Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and better connectivity for commuters top the achievements of Federal Territories Ministry in the past year.

Minister Khalid Abdul Samad said increasing involvement of elected representatives was a big step forward.
