The upper river journey from Sibu to Song by ferry along the Rajang river, the longest river in Sarawak.

SIBU: The Sarawak government must improve and upgrade the infrastructure and promote the many attractions in the state’s central region to bring in more tourists.

Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) deputy chairman Chieng Buong Toon said the Sarawak Tourism Bureau (STB) must do its homework to explore and highlight the uniqueness of the Rajang River Basin, which is rich in biodiversity, native cultures and civilisations, to potential tourists.
