Idle land a bane to residents

The unkempt vacant lots in Taman Ampang Utama have attracted snakes and other wildlife.

RESIDENTS in Taman Ampang Utama, Ampang, are upset with owners of 15 plots of land who have left their properties idle and neglected there.

The owners’ neglect has led to overgrown grass at the site and some residents said snakes and other wildlife had appeared in their homes and compounds.
