MBPJ shows its caring side


Sayuthi giving out bubur lambuk to an odd-job worker at Jalan Yong Shook Lin, Petaling Jaya to mark Hari Raya.

IN THE spirit of giving, Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) handed out goodies to 2,100 employees in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri.Petaling Jaya mayor Datuk Mohd Sayuthi Bakar gave kain batik, kain pelikat and bubur lambuk to staff in appreciation for their hard work during a special ceremony.

MBPJ also contributed RM200 in cash and RM200 in Mydin vouchers to 90 people, comprising single mothers and those with disabled children living in PPR Kota Damansara, PPR Lembah Subang, Desa Mentari, Taman Medan and Taman Dato’ Harun.
