Price Catcher app helps consumers shop smart

JOHOR BARU: The state govern­ment wants consumers to start using a mobile application to allow them to get the best deals and bargains for food items statewide.

Johor Unity, Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Committee chairman Dr S. Ramakrishnan said since the Price Catcher application was introduced early this year, some 200,000 consumers had downloaded it nationwide.
