THOSE living in shophouses at One Selayang, off Jalan Kuching in Selangor are upset that the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) has decided to impose parking charges in the area.
The charges were due to come into effect on June 1 but the implementation has been postponed following discussions between MPS and the area’s Joint Management Body (JMB).
