CHARIS Hospice, a Penang-based charity organisation that provides palliative care for cancer patients on the island, wants to raise RM300,000 through its 15th anniversary dinner on Oct 12.
“The theme of the anniversary dinner is ‘Sands of Time’,” said Charis Hospice medical director Dr Oo Loo Chan.
