PETALING JAYA: Some areas in Klang and Kuala Langat will be affected by an unscheduled water supply disruption in stages due to a burst 1,800mm main pipeline in Setia Alam, Selangor.
Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd customer relationship and communication head Abdul Raof Ahmad said they were preparing to mobilise water tankers to the affected area and would activate Local Service Centres (LSCs) at 3pm Monday (June 3).
“We will update consumers from time to time, and will be releasing a statement by 1pm after assessing the situation.
“We apologise for any inconvenience caused due to this unexpected incident, and we will take all efforts and action to expedite repair works and minimise the impact of interruption.

Consumers can also request for water tankers via SMS by typing Tanker <Name> <Address> and sending it to 15300 or lodge a complaint on critical situations via WhatsApp to 019-281 6793 / 019-280 0919.
