Milk for poor schoolchildren


Mahadevan, Nik Nazmi and Education Ministry officials celebrating World Milk Day with teachers and pupils of SK Seri Bonus KL at a buka puasa event.

IN CONJUNCTION with World School Milk Day 2019, Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd is giving out 720,000 packs of milk to primary schoolchildren from public housing projects (PPR), with a majority of them coming from families below the poverty line.

Held at SK Seri Bonus in Kuala Lumpur, the event also saw Setiawangsa MP Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad breaking fast with the teachers and pupils involved.
