Traders upset over repeated flooding

CLOGGED drains, filthy grease traps and rubbish were the reasons given by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) for the flooding of the Pudu Integrated Commercial Complex (ICC Pudu) in Jalan Kijang, Kuala Lumpur, last week.

However, traders at the wet market located in the basement of the building are claiming that it is more than that.
