One-way solution to traffic woes

EVERY morning, residents in Taman Pusat Kepong will often wake up to honking cars and quarrelling neighbours due to double-parked vehicles.

“Residents double park on both sides of the road, leaving very little space for cars from both directions to squeeze through,” said Chan Sai Kow, who has been living in the area for nearly three decades.
