BUOYED by the encouraging take up rate of its earlier projects, property developer Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is launching the third phase of its Lunaria double-storey superlink units at its premium Resort Homes scheme in Bandar Seri Sendayan.
Chief marketing officer Lim Kok Yee said 129 units in phase one and more than 180 units under phase two have been sold out.
