RESIDENTS near Taman Pusat Bercham in Ipoh are unhappy that a telecommunications tower is being built on top of a shophouse that is less than 10m away from the nearest house.
And to their dismay, this was the third time such a tower was being built on the shophouses at Hala Tasek Timur 1 since 2008.
