THE expansion works on Penang International Airport (PIA) is expected to commence in the first quarter of next year, said Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow.
He said two consultants – Consortium CPG Consultants Pte Ltd (CPG) and AHS Architects Sdn Bhd – have been appointed to do the designing works.
