Developer’s campaign pays off

Sime Darby Property managed to sell 90% of its Elmina Valley Five when it launched.

After eight consecutive weeks of launches throughout March and April, Sime Darby Property Bhd has achieved over RM1bil in sales with more than 1,100 units sold – a successful conclusion to the Primetime 8 marketing campaign that was carried out in conjunction with the Housing and Local Government Ministry’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC).

Buyers flocked to the launches of landed and high-rise homes in Bandar Bukit Raja, the City of Elmina, Serenia City, Bandar Universiti Pagoh, The Glades at Putra Heights and KL East.
