After eight consecutive weeks of launches throughout March and April, Sime Darby Property Bhd has achieved over RM1bil in sales with more than 1,100 units sold – a successful conclusion to the Primetime 8 marketing campaign that was carried out in conjunction with the Housing and Local Government Ministry’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC).

Buyers flocked to the launches of landed and high-rise homes in Bandar Bukit Raja, the City of Elmina, Serenia City, Bandar Universiti Pagoh, The Glades at Putra Heights and KL East.
