AFTER every downpour, motorists travelling along Jalan Cemara in Taman Bukit Serdang have to “wade” through muddy waters to get to their destination.

“This situation has been going on for some time and I have received many complaints from residents here and those using the road,” said Seri Kembangan assemblyman Ean Yong Hian Wah.
