DON’T miss the opportunity to find the best deals at the upcoming fair.

The fair will be held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre from May 18 to 20 and offers something for everyone: from first-time housebuyers to upgraders and investors.

Prominent developers taking part include Cicet Asia Development Sdn Bhd, Gamuda Land, Hatten Properties Sdn Bhd, Land & General Bhd, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, Mayland Group Sdn Bhd, MK Land Holdings Bhd as well as Platinum Victory Development Sdn Bhd.

Also exhibiting their latest projects are Skyworld Development Sdn Bhd, Sri Seltra Sdn Bhd, Sunsuria Bhd, Tiara Hills and Tropicana Corporation Bhd.The properties range from landed to high-rises.

Buyers who purchase a property during the exhibition would be eligible to win the grand prize of a brand-new Proton X70 along with gift cards, vouchers and cash rebates worth up to RM10,000.

As part of the fair’s aim to enrich visitors’ understanding, the three-day event would also feature speakers from multiple disciplines.

Topics range from investment to bank loans and property tax, as well as feng shui and interior design tips.

The first 100 people who register during the fair stand a chance to win a petrol card worth RM30 while the next 100 visitors are eligible for a mystery gift from Midorie.

As for the little ones, there would be a two-day moonshop forest box workshop. Limited to 12 pax per session, participants will learn how to design and make their own unique forest bottle.
