DBKL introduces new petty traders’ licence

According to DBKL, the new petty traders’ licence would help to ensure that hawkers comply with the law and follow good sanitary practices.

KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has introduced a new fixed period petty traders’ licence to ensure better monitoring of hawkers in the city.

This is the first such licence to be issued since DBKL decided to stop issuing temporary licences for roadside traders since Jan 1, 2016.
