NORTHERN region’s most eagerly anticipated property exhibition — StarProperty.my Fair 2019 —returns to Queensbay Mall in Penang today till Sunday.

With a lineup of leading developers, homebuyers and investors alike will be able to check out the latest projects currently on the market.

Esteemed names such as Mah Sing Group, Aspen Group, Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd, Palmex Industries Sdn Bhd, Sunway Property and Hunza Group are among the exhibitors this time.

Completing the lineup at the four-day event are GSD Land (M) Sdn Bhd, Runnymede Group of Companies, SV Group and Devoteshens Sdn Bhd.

Their offerings cover both landed and high-rise, ranging from affordable homes for first time buyers or young families, to ultra luxurious ones primed for the discerning and well-heeled buyers.

Regardless of which price point, one can expect these aesthetically- pleasing and well-designed homes to come equipped with a good selection of lifestyle facilities.

With convenience and accessibility as key considerations, one can choose between standalone developments or those that are part of integrated townships.

Most of the offerings are in strategic locations around Penang or the Klang Valley. There are also retail and office spaces.

Besides having ample options to compare under one roof, now is also a good time to secure a property with many incentives available as part of the government’s Home Ownership Campaign.

It is open to all Malaysians aged 18 or above. Register online at fair.starproperty.my/beli-menang, then answer a simple question and submit a slogan.

Finalists will be shortlisted and the winner announced in January next year.

There is also a Buyer’s Sentiment Survey. Share your thoughts regarding home ownership, and be entitled to a lucky dip where photobook vouchers worth RM25, RM50 and RM79 are up for grabs.

Participants will also receive a complimentary CTOS Score Credit Report (online redemption) by CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd.

Organised by Star Media Group, StarProperty.my Fair is open from 10.30am to 10.30pm over the four days. Booths are located at the Centre Court and Lower Ground of the mall.
