‘Negative statements hurting industry’

JOHOR BARU: Johor Tourism Association (JTA) is urging tour guides and operators to avoid making statements that would hurt the image of the tourism industry here.

Its chairman Ivan Teo said industry players should go through proper channels if they wish to complain on any issues they have instead of merely posting criticism on social media and painting a bad picture of the tourism industry.
